Phyllo Cups
Phyllo cups are an awesome vessel to turn any dip or difficult to serve food into an easy to eat party highlight. You can buy these premade but are uncommon to find at the grocery store. I resort to making them when I cant find them premade.

Mini muffin tray
Pastry Brush
- 1 Package thawed Phyllo Dough
- 4 tbsp Melted Butter
Heat the oven to 425° and place oven rack in the middle. Prep a large cutting board and set your Phyllo sheets off to the side (cover the unused sheets with a slightly damp paper towel to ensure they don't dry out while you work)
Set a sheet of phyllo on you cutting board and lightly brush the top with melted butter using a pastry brush. Place another sheet on top and repeat the butter process until there are 5-6 layers with butter on the top layer.
1 Package thawed Phyllo Dough, 4 tbsp Melted Butter
Cut the phyllo sheets into 4 inch squares. ; Place each square into the cups of a muffin pan gently pressing the bottoms and walls to form the phyllo cup.
When the pans are full, bake until lightly browned, roughly 10 minutes. Carefully watch as phyllo burns easily.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool. When cooled, remove the phyllo shells and set aside. Cups can be made in advance and stored in an air tight container.
Fill your phyllo shells with something delicious like this spinach and artichoke dip!
