Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Rhum Agricole Blanc (Clement Agricole Blanc) 1.5 oz if made "strong"
  • 1 oz Dark Jamaican Rum (Ron Zacapa Centenario Negra) 1.5 oz if made "strong"
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Orange Curaçao Liqueur (Pierre Ferrand Dry)
  • ½ oz Orgeat
  • ¼ oz Demerara Simple Syrup
  • Garnish: Lime wheel and mint or pineapple leaf

Instructions
 

  • Mix blanc rhum, Curaçao, lime juice, Orgeat, and simple. Pour over crushed or nugget ice.
  • Gently float the dark rum on top.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and mine or a pineapple leaf.
